He has over 22 years experience in mining, construction, explosives manufacturing and marketing and contract drilling and blasting business. His experience spans across different minerals that include coal, chrome, diamond, aggregate quarries, platinum, gold, nickel, road and dam construction.  He holds a Bsc Honours degree in Mining Engineering degree from the University of Zimbabwe and an MBA.

He has more than 25 years experience in Finance and Accounting. He is a Director of Tottengram Financial Services. Norman holds a Doctorate in Accounting and Finance from Azteca University, a Bsc in Applied Accounting from Oxford University and ACCA
